We are looking for a business development director who will help us reach new customers by identifying opportunities in target  markets.

Main Responsibilitdffies

  • Increase market share by acquiring new accounts.
  • Log sales information in a CRM.
  • Upkeep client accounts, produce prospecting and pipeline updates very two weeks.
  • Build lasting relationships with decision makers.
  • Build and document new sales opportunity funnels.
  • Qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process : get client referrals , solicit new potential clients, meet new clients to assess their needs and promote the company's services and solutions.
  • Plan and organize product demonstrations.
  • Service Offering Presentations.


  • Profil hunter.
  • Possess at least two (2) years of experience in a business development or similar role.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Result orientated.
  • Capacity to adapt to different environments and decision makers.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Executive level sales experience.
  • Possess solid business skills and knowledge.
  • Bilingual  (French / English).
  • Solid organisational skills.
  • Natural communicator.
  • Professional level presentations.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Valid driver's license.


  • Prior IT work experience.
  • College or University level diploma in a related field.
  • Good Marketing Skills
